WORKSHOP under the methodology LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®
It is a scientific, disruptive, innovative and creative methodology that serves to improve the functioning of the Management System and organizations. It is the result of 11 years of research and has two fundamental points, the first of which is that it frees people’s imagination and creativity for the benefit of building knowledge in long-term memory, formulating strategies and solutions in different disciplines. The second is that it allows a deeper communication between the different members of the company.
Using the Lego pieces, models can be build, with the hands, that metaphorically represent solutions to problems and/or aspects related to the construction of knowledge.
