This is a training experience designed to strengthen the strategic thinking of those leading Occupational Health and Safety. Through an experiential methodology, participants will learn to transform OHS management into a tool that drives adaptation, innovation, and value creation for the organization.
During the workshop, strategic concepts, real-world cases, and practical tools are developed to strengthen decision-making, integrate OSH with business objectives, and respond effectively to constantly changing environments. Each participant will create an action plan applicable to their organization.
